The Beginning of a video production company for nonprofits.
When Justin Willet designed his first logo for a rock band that he started with his brothers, he never knew that this simple design would later take him around the world to over 20 different countries and 49 states.
The need for a video production company that specializes in nonprofits
Not all video production companies understand nonprofits. Sure, most companies claim they can produce videos for nonprofits, but do they really understand the intricacies of donor psychology and retention? Probably not. GLBAL media is one of the only video production companies that work exclusively with nonprofits.
Our journey started back in 2007, when we were invited on our first trip to Ethiopia to visit a community of children affected by the HIV/AIDS crisis. This trip changed our lives and we have since dedicated our skills to helping nonprofits achieve their goals.

Caelan is no stranger to creating engaging and meaningful content. As the drummer and songwriter for his band Ignite The Fire, Caelan knows the importance of storytelling and connecting with an audience. Coming from a background in marketing and public relations, video editing became a growing passion and a new means to reach people and leave a lasting impact. Always looking to learn, he is now pursuing his master's degree in digital marketing. Caelan currently lives in Taneytown, MD.

Hired Grace Carr
Grace is a talented photographer who is passionate about social justice, working with nonprofits and telling the stories of the voiceless. A Carroll County native, she graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography and Imaging Arts. Grace will be a huge addition to our creative team and can be found in the studio, out on assignments, traveling on tours and at live streaming events.

GLBAL good 2023 Recipient
Our fourth GLBAL good recipient was the Vonherbulis family who lives in Rwanda and is working alongside local farmers to restore dignity in the land of a thousand hills.
Back to the Field Documentary
Produced and directed by Justin Willet and edited by Caelan Gregory, this story follows the work of the Vonherbulis family as they live and work alongside farmers in Rwanda. Practicing regenerative agriculture for nutritional, economic, environmental, and spiritual growth in their communities.
