Westminster (and Carroll County) mountain bikers and hikers have something to cheer about – the August Hey Westminster grant recipients are MTBMD! This AWESOME group of volunteer trail caretakers works hard to keep the trails at Hashawa Environmental Center in great shape to for all to enjoy and we are thrilled to support their work.
